Service Description

We'll discuss your enforcement needs, watch services, investigation, cease and desist, settlement negotiations, licensing negotiations, USPTO TTAB oppositions, UDRPs, social media takedown, Amazon brand registry etc. You'll receive your consultation agreement, consultation invoice and conferencing details after booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until the agreement is signed and payment is rendered. At the time of your appointment, multiple members of your team may join the session.
