Service Description

We will discuss which jurisdictions will be best for the International Application and any particular concerns about the trademark process in those jurisdictions. We'll preview a list of appropriate international classifications and descriptions of goods. During your session, you will be provided with the results of a preliminary search of your mark, a preliminary assessment of your trademark(s’) strengths and/or weaknesses, any obvious risk factors that may prevent registration, a walkthrough of the trademark process and next steps for your filing project.  Prior to the session, you will be asked to provide specific information about your business, domestic registration(s), products, services, marketing practices and the evolution of your brand(s), goods and services in preparation for the appointment. The agenda for the session is as follows:  - Whether your trademark(s) is/are registrable?  - Whether the application will be blocked by prior trademarks?  - Whether the Registration would be worthwhile in a crowded field?  - Timing/Length of Use Considerations  - Whether the trademark(s) has/have been or will be used in a trademark manner  - Will the application provoke a claim? You'll receive your consultation agreement, consultation invoice and conferencing details after booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until the agreement is signed and payment is rendered. At the time of your appointment, multiple members of your team may join the session. Please note that all sessions are recorded for the client file unless otherwise instructed..
